Private Space | capacity 45 guests
The Lakeside Room is a completely private space for you and your guests that overlooks the North Lake. Enjoy the views from your private balcony with a windowed garage wall that can be opened to make the space open air and bring in a fresh breeze. Our Lakeside Room is the preferred space for showers, intimate dinners, and board meetings. The space includes a tv, with HDMI connect-ability, audio plug in, ensuite restroom, AC/Heating, external hand sink, and two large catering tables (host provides linens) in addition to guest seating.

Semi-Private Space: capacity 85-125 guest pending layout/weather
The Loft is a unique semi-private space ideal for parties of all kinds. Enjoy the views of the North Lake from a large private balcony with additional guest seating. Inside, your guests will be entertained at your ensuite bar, complete with beer taps. This space also includes a tv with HDMI connect ability for running slideshows or tuning in to your favorite team. For large events, consider adding on our Walkout visible from the Loft atrium and connected via an ensuite staircase and elevator.
$275 Hourly Rate (+$165 Hourly w/Walkout)
Semi-Private Space: capacity 45 guest w/spillout optionsThe Walkout space is the perfect choice for hosts looking for easy access to all Quarry amenities. With an entire wall of windowed garage doors, you can truly let the outside in within this space. Conveniently situated around the corner from the main bar and on level with wakeboard and volleyball court rentals, this is another great space for celebrations, reunions, and even smaller showers. This space also includes ensuite restrooms and a tv.
$165 Hourly Rate (+$275 Hourly w/Loft)
Private Space: capacity 144 + guests w/spill out options Our Patio Tent is the perfect choice for large events that want to be in the heart of the action and have the option of an open air event. Utilize our picnic tables or bring in additional seating to create the perfect setting for your event. Adjacent to both the volleyball courts and the outdoor bar, this space is perfect for entertaining!
$325 Hourly Rate (+$25 per hour per volleyball court or bags set)
PRIVATE EVENT INFORMATION
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
All beverages and alcohol must be purchased through the Quarry. All events may be catered by your preferred caterer.
Please note, the City of Crystal Lake charges any car without a Crystal Lake city sticker a $5 parking fee during season. If you would like to cover this cost for your guests, please contact the City of Crystal Lake at (815) 459-2020 ext. 4083 prior to your event to arrange payment.
